I did a similar move in 2K10 last night (well not similar, but in a sense). It's frustrating as the defender because you're effectively trying to limit the offensive post player's options, and then the game allows him to switch pivots and get up a much higher percentage shot than he should have been able to. Would've liked to see stuff like that gone from 2K11, but it's still 2K. I only saw such an instance once in the three games I played, so i'd be happy to settle for just reducing the frequency of such occurrences.

Is it redundant to agree but with the asterisk of getting rid of Clark Kellogg? Nothing worse than a color guy that just repeats the gist of what the PBP guy just said. And he reads his lines slowly

I just noticed that the Hawks had their away unis at home. If I'm not mistaken you couldn't do that last year. Good stuff 2k.

Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but this is my first time visiting this thread and it's waaay too many pages long to go through all...

Has anyone in the know come in and said that an injured players' teammates won't just stare at them while their rolling around in pain in the final build?

yeah unfortunately they don't have a way yet of allowing his teammates to assist him without it being cut scene.

What made me think about it was trying to play a season in MLB 2k10. That game doesn't have in game injuries. It feels really stupid playing an entire baseball season at 100% health.

I don't have a problem with cut scenes. I don't know if that's the real issue, but if it were, I could live with that.

That's my only issue with this video is when the players walk to pre determined spots on the court around the injured player right after it happened. I hope next year the play doesn't stop unless it's a dead ball or time-out is called. It would be cool if the play keeps on going and the commentators can mention the injury while the player is still on the ground or slowly getting up. Anybody remember Big Baby last year? lol

And that is why I love operationsports.com lol.

"ugh, this looks boring...will never play one vs one....this back and forth **** with no scoring is weak as ****...I'll leave it for the "sim" players to enjoy".

"i can watch an nba game, but im not about to sit up and watch this slow paced game...with all the isomoves we were shown in the inisght, not one of them looked effective at all. No highlights at all...just a slow paced game. The hawks are an uptempo team. this seemed more like they labored at every possession for a shot."
And I thought that I exaggerated a little bit lol.

i dunno i thought the jumpshots looked good. Blame the game flow on the user. But i dont see how this video could possibly look "bad"

Look at his posts history, you'll know what's good in his eyes.
