I'm very much liking what I'm seeing coming from this big patch update. I think they are doing a good job in fixing all of these problems with BB and listening to their fans. Good read and can't wait to try out the update patch when it comes out.

i've been a supporter from day one...the patch and the developers community interaction has made me feel like my money matters to them. I will continue to support them as long as they continue with the same type of interaction with people who purchase their game. Please support them and buy the game new. I think its as low as $29.99 new at some places. You've spent hundreads of dollars playing other football titles with minimal and incremental results. We have to continue to support innovation.

I feel the exact same way.

I am interested in picking this up with the patch..... the question is, which version, ps3 or 360?

Still haven't played BB but I'm impressed by what the developer is doing to improve on the game. I get the sense that these guys are really hungry and are not taking any feedback from the fans for granted.

at this point brotha...it doesnt matter...just buy it for whatever system you prefer...the sale of the game is all that matters.

man, they flew Apex (aks GideonPrime) out to San Fran and asked him for his input. Regardless of your feelings about Gideon, for Natural Motion to do that speaks volumes to me. I never expect any company to go to those lengths but the fact that they REALLY wanna make a football game that people have been wishing for is just awesome to me. Now if that aint dedication, I dont know what is

Where can I get it for $29.99 (ps3)? I've been looking with no luck.

Yeah, and then charges $60 for it.

I was surprised to see something positive about this game on this site. Just kidding but to me this game has one of the best communities out there. It also doesn't hurt that NM also listens to the community.

Man, just enjoy what it is. Community days have been held for NHL, Fight Night, NCAA, Madden. What really stands out is this game may not be perfect, but it does things that neither 2K Sports or EA Sports has been able to do. They have implemented physics into a football game where the other guys sat on the side lines and said it would be a huge undertaking.

We should just have fun with it and not get caught up in EA or 2K for that matter.

This game is heading into the right direction. I am and have been a backbreaker supporter since day one i love the game and cant wait for this patch to drop. Finally we have a football game where anything can happen at anytime and where football knowledge and skill is needed to win. I think i'm going to buy another copy new to show my support. * Just IMAGINE backbreaker 2. OMG

I love wisdom.

I don't like Backbreaker but I hope somehow it stays around and improves. We need all we can get to push EA to do better.

My point is that this was all done POST release for FREE. Not in support of an upcoming full price game. Its almost unprecedented in the level of response to community input. Extremely impressive.

Just picked this game up earlier today and it just might make me skip Madden for the first time since my PS1 days. Learning curve was pretty steep but by the end of my first game it all started clicking.
