Here is a helpful guide to get you started in the right direction as ESPN has put together a gallery that highlights the Top 25 teams in the game as ranked by EA Sports, complete with overall, offensive, and defensive grades along with a cool image for each team that made the cut."
yea we definetly have to take it one game at a time, lately we have liked
to lose focus and lose to the UNCs, Clemsons, and GTs...if we stay focused we can win it all...those 9 day and 12 day breaks for OSU & Pitt are big for us so we can really start off 4-0...after that, we stay focused and healthy, we go undefeated...
I respect the U for their out of conference schedule, but going undefeated? I think that is a long shot. How is Nebraska's D rated lower than their offense, or did I look through them too fast? Neb D is sick and the O is sickening to watch.

Respect for Boise too...
But if we can beat OSU and Pitt, then we'll have a lot easier time going undefeated. It will still be hard to win at GT, home vs VT, home vs Fla St, but starting off 3-0 would give me a big confidence boost and would make me think we could beat them. I'm interested to see how we can move the ball on OSU's defense because if we struggle against them, then it will be a nightmare against UNC.
Well the last few years its been kind of justified. I mean, every major Media Outlet spends the off-season talking about how the U is going to be back and they have yet to come back. I can understand 90% of the nation hating a team who gets talked about as a National Title Contender when they haven't been a legitimate National Title Contender in what, 8 years? I know I don't get the same gross feeling in my stomach when I hear off-season talks of Alabama, LSU,USC,Florida and even Boise State because they have actually done something the last half decade to earn it. The U right now is just like Notre Dame...a thing of the past.

Lets not start a big rivalry hate in the middle of a civil topic. Lets let the on field action do the talking and as of the last match up, Miami was the victor.

I certainly don't consider Miami a rival and I certainly don't hate Miami. In fact, if I had to chose an ACC team not named Georgia Tech to root for, I'd chose Miami. I'm just pointing out that there are legitimate reasons behind the recent U hate. Its all talk and no show the last 8 years or so. The same can be said for FSU among others. And I'm not trying to start anything. You guys beat us fair and square last year. Again, I'm just stating that there are legitimate reasons why people hate on the U.

Okay, sorry...
But its not been 8 years, maybe more like 5, but....
Oh, and someone please tell me why Boise got an A+ on offense, which is the same as Bama. This was the Alabama team that racked up 32 against Florida (i think 450+ yards of offense) and 37 against Texas, and this was the Boise State offense that got 19 against Oregon and 17 vs TCU

Yeah you are right. I forgot Miami was actually in the National Title Hunt in '05 until we upset you in Miami. I guess it was because you lost to us and LSU in the bowl to finish 9-3 that made me forget you guys were a top 10 team most of the season.
I agree. Although it will be a very tough game, look at the big games the Canes won last year.
What two? One versus an 8-5 Sooners team and against G-TECH on a short week versus Miami having a longer week? Not playing sour grapes or nothing just saying I wouldn't count beating the Sooners by one at home last year a big win. Considering they were pretty inept away from Norman, and all the other things happening to the team that year. Though scoring 21 on our defense was impressive, and the 150 rushing yards or so.
Beating a team like tOSU at the shoe is no easy task, and even PITT would be no "lock" for two score win @ their house. In fact I doubt Miami will be favored in either game. Probably 10 point dogs to tOSU and 6 or 3 point dogs to PITT.
If I were Miami I would be trying to make the ACC champ game before declaring myself a MNC contender.

Just my .02.
I agree with this statement. Same goes for VT. Or any ACC team for that matter. I just don't see an ACC team being a legitimate National Title Contender this year. My heart says GT, my head says zero ACC teams. Although I do have faith GT can repeat as ACC champs...

I agree with both statements, however applied to every school. Not one institution is a lock for the championship. Look at LSU is 07, 2 losses? Utah twice, undefeated and no championship? Every team needs to focus on one game at a time.
