We (Sweden) usually get a different cover than the US one.
Last year was Niklas B�ckstr�m, and before that it was Alfie.

It was pretty crystal clear that we'd get the twins this year.

NHL 10 non US covers:
Mikko Koivu (Minnesota) in Finland
Nicklas B�ckstr�m (Washington) in Sweden
Mark Streit (New York Islanders) in Switzerland
Mikkel Boedker (Phoenix) in Denmark

NHL 09 non US covers:
Alexander Ovechkin (Washington) in Russia
Daniel Alfredsson (Ottawa) in Sweden

I would take all of those players (minus Ovechkin) over Phaneuf, Kane, and Toews.
