I konw we have the OS community to fix the rosters but its annoying to people like me that play online and your team is completly messed up.
+1
It will be fine to download the updates for use offline, but I play online 90% of the time, and am a die hard Bama fan, and I won't even be able to use them, nor do I really want to... with them being that overpowered for no good reason. They should be about a 94-97 on offense and an 89-92 on defense.
The only three players deserving of above 90's on our defense are Mark Barron, Dont'a Hightower, and Marcel Dareus. Everyone else should be in the 83-90 range. Instead, the whole defense is above a 90.
maybe someones already brought this up at some ponit but i think a sweet feature on tb would be like layers on the jersey styles sort of like photoshop. obviously some parts of the layers would have to blend in with the base color or it would look terrible but i think this would be an easy add that could give us more customization

Novel idea but don't hold your breath. All they added from TB10 to TB11 was a text box and a blue screen; they've shown TB is no longer a priority and not worth significant dev hours.
(to prowler) yeah i understand, im still hopeful for an update but i don't think its coming. it just seemed like a simple thing to do even though it'll probably never happen.

Seems like there were a lot of simple things they could have added. Sadly we just got a background palette change and no pride stickers, or even new jersey types or logo slots. I'm already done updating my teams. I had plans to spend hours playing around the "new" teambuilder. Oh well.

This...it kinda annoys me to hear people talk about editing the rosters when I play all my games online too....Why do I wanna play the computer all the time when I can play another person instead? I suppose it helps for offline dynasties...but still.
yeah noles94 im already done to lol. i created 4 full teams. edited the rosters and made my own logos and everything.its kinda sad that the "deepest team creator ever" or w/e they claim it to be only keeps you entertained for maybe a day.
Since the release of TeamBuilder 11 this week, there have been some comments about the lack of updates we made, and I wanted to briefly address these.
First of all, I'm sure it's clear to everyone that we didn’t make a large number of improvements to TeamBuilder this year. Every year, we have a limited amount of resources, and a very short amount of time to try to add as much value as possible to the game. This year, we focused on things like Presentation, Gameplay, and Online Dynasty enhancements. Many of us who worked on TeamBuilder in NCAA10 spent most of our time this year working on the new Dynasty Wire feature, which we're all very proud of and we think everyone will really like. All of those things have been blogged about by NCAA designers.
Naturally, this meant there were fewer resources to devote to updating TeamBuilder. That being said, we didn't want to leave TeamBuilder completely untouched, so we did look very carefully at the list of most requested features.
A lot of people wanted to be able to play their TeamBuilder teams with their friends without having to join an Online Dynasty, so we added TeamBuilder Online head-to-head games. Text on the front of jerseys was something that a lot of people requested because they felt like they couldn't recreate their team exactly without it, so we added that. Finally, we wanted to make sure that all the work people put into their NCAA10 schools wouldn't go to waste, so we made sure that you could download NCAA10 teams directly into NCAA11.
This is my sixth year on the NCAA franchise, and I can say that NCAA11 is the best overall game I've been involved in, and I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do.
"We looked at the list of most requested features..."
...so we just circled #1 and erased the rest. And, just so people will know it's semi-updated, we'll make it BLUE!
Does anybody know if it's too late to add anything more to teambuilder for this year, or is everything final until NCAA 12?
It's done. Anything they were to add to the site would have to already be in the game in order for it to work. I'm sure they'll make minor changes like adding support for symbols/characters, updating what the swear filter allows and maybe giving us a red or purple background option; but beyond that TB11 is done.

Pretty much. So based on that dev response, I wouldn't expect more than 12 teams in a dynasty or entrances for tb teams either.
I didn't mess around with TB10 much, but is the option to make the background of an imported image transparent a new feature for 11? I remember having to do that in Gimp last year...but it looks to be in the website this year.

They added it into 10 sometime after the game released.

Well, it is annoying to have these rosters as default if you like to play online. I personally don't, so it's not a big deal to me. I've already finished my own touched up version of Michigan State's rosters to copy to the game. If I get a roster from here that I like better I will use it, but other than that, I'm basically going to be doing my team manually every year (without being a homer I hope! lol)
I couldnt believe how ridiculously overrated our offensive line was, probably my biggest gripe with MSU's roster and the whole Nichol problem. Other than that I thought MSU's roster was done a lot better than last years, but I guess that isn't saying much
PM me any suggestions or cooments you have.
I did not make too many roster changes or massive improvements. Eric Gordon has been improved, Edwin Baker made a jump as well. I made Larry Caper a better running back than Michael Shaw as well, because he is. Keith Nichol was added as well, and I also added a few freshman who I think will make an impact.
Your Uni's look alot like mine except I used the italic font for letters and numbers. The others just seemed to traditional to me for the new look. Only thing I noticed is that the spartan head on the pants goes on the side of the new pants not the front. I also used a little bit darker shade of green on mine.
check mine out as well. User name is Tha_Fiasco for ps3
