It's not cool.

I also notice you only see 3 team mates celebrating whether it be offense or defense.

I talk about transition animations missing from Madden all of the time, and this video is a prime example. At 0:32 after the play is broken up, the WR comes to an abrupt stop, instead of slowing to a stop, and the DB instantly goes into an arm raised animation, again without any type of transition. You can actually see the DB's arm materialize above his head. This is why people say the game looks robotic, because the animation transition movements are not natural.

^^^^^^^^

can't disagree but the risk of having "beautiful, long animations" is that you, the user--at times--can not break out of them....although after the play is over it shouldn't matter

I think EA has stated over & over they wouldn't take control away from the user

Which is one of the problems in NBA 2K, some of the animations take away from your control which becomes frustrating, that being said there has to be a middle ground with making it look / flow well without taking away your control.

Uh-oh, wait a minute. I'm seeing some nice new wrinkles in the defensive playbook. I didn't use the Bears last year at all but I see a Cover-2 Invert, a Prowl, Mike SS cross blitz, a Wolf Slant, LB Cross, Loop Crash, etc.

Was this in any of the Bears playbook last year?

do uniforms get dirty?

i can't remember if they did in '10 either?....or was it just in rain games?

It is about time that they corrected the ballcarrying by defensive backs as Chris Harris tucks the ball in as he returns the interception for a touchdown.

Hey..i swear the last cutscene at the end of this vid was my idea lol. Im kidding..i dont know if my idea was used but i was pressing for this the last few years as i thought a cutscene cam of players running off the field towards the cam that is set on the sideline would be rather cool.

Looks real nice... madden finally has some "soul" baby!!
