Kotaku has posted one of their weekly featured articles. This one courtesy of Ian Cummings, the creative director, and Ronnie Morales, the audio designer, for Madden NFL 11, respectively. There is no video, but they do offer 2 screen grabs.

As the defense closes in around him, No. 9 takes one last gasp and hurls himself towards the endzone. TOUCHDOWN JAGUARS!"

Well mix and match was in madden 10. But I do hope they add The panthers SB 38 Jersey into the mix this year. They didn't last year.
