Looks as if we can choose different color and placement of arm bands as well.

Nice. Two bands on each arm!

So don't freak out if the videos don't look like you think they should. If they did it like the soccer game then you will notice a huge difference in game play.
There's also something quirky about the replays that doesn't look exactly like the motion of the actual gameplay. I'm not saying the animations look extraordinary, but on one of the videos where you get a pretty long look at gameplay (Florida/Alabama with Russ Kiniry), I thought it looked better than past NCAA's on current gen.

Looks amazing! I hope that they take out the dumb, repetitive mascot celebrations though, do you know how quickly you would get flagged for doing that in real life? Otherwise the graphics look great, hope it looks as good for the ps3 as it always does the 360.

Gonna get real nit-picky here but......

9 players come out on that Texas entrance. But when we look at the real photo of the Texas entrance....

I count a few more then 9 players. Really(REALLY) nit-picky I know, but how hard can it be to add another 10 players or so to that entrance?

Sorry for the double post, but for some reason my Texas pic doesn't come up? And one more nit-picky point to make and I'll be at peace....

OSU doesn't lock arms in the tunnel. But since there is no tunnel of Alum's leading them to the bench area, I'll settle for what EA has given me.

The video just gives you a quick shot I'm sure the final game will show close to the whole team coming out

Maybe so, but if I remember right, didn't the old past-gen NCAA's also have the same problem? For some reason I can visually see like 7 players coming through the smoke when you play Miami. Maybe I'm remembering wrong though? I dunno.

Again, I can name 20 things that they need to put more work into then adding players to entraces, but I still think that entrances are some of the biggest traditions in college football.

IIRC last gen showed most of the team I always played with CAS or FCS schools so I always got generic entrances, but I'm pretty sure they showed way more than 9 players that's what I'm basing my guess for this year on.

I don't know on the entrance you can see the American Flag which is in the front and then only nine players behind it.

but it's just a highlight vid obviously I could be wrong, but I think when we see the entire thing playout in-game it'll look different

even for generics? I might be crazy, but I remember waiting to see a bunch of my new players every year

I wonder if they will play the eyes of texas before the horns run on to the field. It would also be cool is they add alittle of espn 2k5 into this, when ever you play in season mode after all the game had been played that week they should have a espn presentation and show all the score and highlights from the other games. That would be lagit.

I don't see how that would be a major issue since there are 22 players on the field at a given time with referees. This is next gen, they shouldn't have an issue getting that many players in an entrance cut scene!

But what they should do and what they actually do are 2 TOTALLY different things, as we all know.

Actually its closer to 20 or so guys. The home team ran out witht he coach and about 20 or so players, then the home temas cheerleaders and mascot ran out, the the away team and their cheerleaders with about 16-18 players running out (while being booed heavily).

What I put in bold better be making a return too. It will kill immersion some in a way when the home team is shown entering the field and the away team isn't show entering the field. Part of the whole atmosphere is just hearing the boos before the game.
