Gamespot has just revealed the roster for UFC Undisputed 2010.

Quote:
"We're just about a month away from the release of UFC Undisputed 2010, THQ's latest game in its blockbuster mixed martial arts series. In previous months, we've explored the changes to the fighting system to UFC 2010, and later this week, we'll have an updated look at the game's Career mode. But today, we've got a look at the entire roster for the game. A quick peek at the full roster is all you might need to figure out that THQ is going big with this year's game...from heavyweight down to lightweight, every division in the game has seen some significant additions. And, as in last year's game, certain fighters are able to switch between divisions, which has been noted in the roster below.

If you're looking to know more about UFC Undisputed 2010 and the game's roster, check out our Tuesday, April 27 episode of Today on the Spot. In it, we're joined by some special guests from the UFC, breaking down the roster, the game, and all things UFC 2010."

They forgot at least one (wandy)

I'm pleasantly surprised about Alan Belcher. I love Muay Thai and I like his style, so it's good to see a mid-range guy I can use a lot online most likely.

Watching a little further, it looks like 2009 is light years behind what 2010 is at. 2010 looks ****ing great.
you know what really stood out to me was the new posture system. i finally 'get it' now AND it looks great. Rashad using head movement from the top and it also looked like rampage was using wrist control - even if it's only cosmetic it's still a good touch and the ground and pound looks way better because of it.

I really like seeing people who are playing balls to the wall getting ko'd early. This means two good people using good fighters will have to be cautious and it will make for really tense fights.

This is looking like it will be my personal goty. The career looks fantastic, the tournament mode alone is great online and off cpu vs cpu etc...customization of movesets for caf's 'updated content', online camps, 12 year career, way more moves, cut stoppages, leg kick significance, stance switching, sways, new muay thai knee setup and clinch system, cage work, kick-catching options, submission switching and on and on. I'm really pumped for this big time. Huge upgrade.

No Sotiropolous

I wonder how do you initiate a submission switch. They stated the guy defending would have to spin the opposite direction therefore giving you the advantage because they would have to spin the other way (possibly slower) and you can keep on spinning in the same direction.

WOW! No Daley or Lil Nog either. Very disappointing.

We get a look at Clay Guida's hair at around the 26:15 mark. Awesome!! This game is full of WIN!!!

# 12 UNC_Pete @ 04/27/10 09:34 PM
I just wish Paul Daley was in

# 13 allBthere @ 04/27/10 09:39 PM
Ben Saunders and Roger Huerta both in last game, not on list.

we know wandy is in the game because of the video, and he's also not on the list. Seeing Hendo in the game makes me wonder if there is anyone at all that was in last year's game who WONT return?

I wonder how many they forgot on that list and who they are...

They had those guys from last year so its not like they took George S.'s spot.

Roger Heurta isn't in the UFC anymore I believe and is is in fighting in Belafort or something like that. And Ben Saunders......not missing anything without him there,

that's not the point. The point is they were in last year and I think should be here again this year.

My point about Roger was look at Hendo. Hendo's in, so Roger should be as well...most of those contracts were lifetime ...in fact Roger wasn't fighting when the game first dropped if I remember correctly and Orlovski was gone too.

I'm just saying the list is effed and will get cleared up because they clearly made a mistake. You can plain as day see Wandy in the gamestop video AND they're talking about him poking fun that they didn't have time to implement his new face lol.

So besides Wanderley, I'm kind of expecting Huerta, Saunders to be added to the list

**edit - James Irvin too / now Danzig and Houston...maybe they did drop some peeps.

# 18 Gotmadskillzson @ 04/27/10 10:28 PM
In the video it clearly showed Wandy as a selectable fighter.

# 19 Sandman42 @ 04/27/10 10:43 PM
Yeah it wouldn't make sense for them to take off guys like Saunders, Irvin, Danzig while leaving in guys like McCully and Sanchez.

Lil Nog and Daley look like the biggest omissions to me. Sotiropolous also, but he didn't become a big name fighter until his win over Stevenson which was recent.

Maybe they will release DLC with Sot, Daley, and Lil Nog. I would buy it.
