Listen to the end of this Madden NFL 11 Drew Brees cover announcement. Sounds like Gus Johnson saying "EA Sports: It's in the game!" What do you think about it? Maybe an indication of things to come in Madden's broadcast booth?

He's is a friend of a friend he's really good, he use to be the announcer for the knicks the guy is passionate about his craft. He would be a great addition to the series !!

Looks like its Brees in the suit..maybe the pregame walk in to the dome?

That is definetly Gus. I heard a rumor a few weeks back he was in the game but I don't post unconirmed rumors. This definetly makes it more plausible.

Please oh please be true, this would be awesome. And also about the shot at 0:20, thanks for pointing that out, could be a sign that the presentation/realism aspect is finally going to step up this year.

He's in a suit getting off the team bus, and then in the bottom right corner it looks like he has a fleece on or something.

Yea the fleece one is confusing, maybe he's injured that game?? maybe a little inside joke about the madden curse..

But hopefully the draft get some of this cutscene love

That would be crazy if they get CBS in there. I love their theme and graphic overlays.

I'd be totally shocked if that presentation was in the game. I wouldn't make the connection between announcer and presentation package, that's is assuming Gus is in the game.

If Gus is in the game that would be awesome. That might help me give this game a shot. If CBS Broadcast would be in it, that might push me over the top.

True indeed, I just saw the CBS presentation in NCAA '11 Basketball and I was like if only they could do that in Madden.
