Cover Athlete Tim Tebow Talks NCAA Football 11

ESPN's Jon Robinson sat down with the former Florida Gators star during his EA Sports NCAA Football 11 cover shoot.

	"But playing games and smiling for cameras wasn't all Tebow was up to in Florida. The quarterback's other mission was to hunt down "Madden NFL 11'" ratings guru Donny Moore. Tebow wanted to put in a good word for his cyber self in hopes of boosting his stock a few points, especially when it comes to his speed and trucking ability. And it looks like the face-to-face time with Moore worked to Tebow's advantage. "Tebow will be the best trucking quarterback in 'Madden' this year," said Moore after the meeting. "He's not the most elusive, but in terms of breaking tackles and power, he will be able to put down his shoulder and run over a few defenders. A lot of this is fluid, but right now in 'Madden 11,' we have Tebow at 80 speed and 92 acceleration. Trucking, carrying the ball, like I said, he's going to be better than any quarterback coming into the league."

There is no way that they are just doing the score bar! The fact that ea's list mentions espn presentation and we see that score bar tells me they are doing ncaa bball style espn presentation!

I love how OS reads into every little piece of info or vid and speculates things. Since there was a clip of Tebow taking pics in UF's pro combat uni does that mean its a good chance that they are in the game?

All of the CFB games on ABC have ESPN overlays anyways, ever since the ESPN on ABC changeover a few years back. Just sayin...

yes I know that's the "crossover" I was speaking of, but that doesn't mean that ABC is a part of ESPN it's just that they have the same parent company. I know it's a little thing, but after all i'm a nerd when it comes to tv stuff.

I perfer just one cover athlete. I never liked the multi-cover idea. Hopefully this stays.

And who cares if ESPN is on my screen while playing? If they havent enhanced the presentation in other areas a graphic at the bottom of the screen does nothing for me.

Just the ESPN presentation alone is a nice breath of fresh air for (EA) Football Titles. They are finally going to start using the license the right way.
