nice stuff-
there are 2 pretty lame reasons why i may get this over the Show, but I'll probably get both.
1.You can see the ball direction after contact when playing in the behind the pitcher camera. The Show switches to the fielding camera as soon as the ball hits the bat. Pretty stupid.

2. After homeruns I like how the camera stays on the ball and you can see the fans going after it. The show switches to the HR trot way too quickly.

I still think the Strike Zones are to big, though i think it would be incredibly hard to pitch if it was true to life strike zones.

Stupid iPhone. I guess I have to wait to see it on YouTube.

Very lengthy and impressive video. They did a great job talking up features while playing the game. Loved it

I'm talking about the game, too.

The Liberty Bell ring was in the game last year. The siren wasn't.

Well I knew it was in 2k8, but wasn't sure if it was in last year because I know they left out a lot of the HR celebrations and didn't buy the game. It's just nice to see it.

One thing in particular that keeps standing out is the mentioning of knowing why you got beat by the game. I like that. I like knowing that I messed up or did something right to lose/win. Sometimes games are too "program heavy." Difficulty sometimes tends to be over programmed, where your skills are being challenged by random events, rather than your own doing.

Are you insinuating that your catcher has hairy balls?

Hahaha, that was really funny!!

Anyway, I'm pretty sure they have variable strike-zones as they do in The Show as an option in the full game this year

Excellent point. This is exactly why Ive never been into Sony's effort.
