MLB 2K10 News Post

Baseball season is just around the corner (we are just a week away from Spring Training games!), and 2K Sports has been hard at work on its latest hardball offering, MLB 2K10. Operation Sports recently previewed the game, and now the masses (at least on the 360) will be getting their hands on the demo tomorrow. In other words, with just a few short weeks until release, it is now time for a What's Hot/What's Not feature. So what has got me excited about MLB 2K10, and what has me scratching my head? Read on to find out.

That's why Blockbuster was created.

I am super excited as onlne doesn't worry me at all and the track record is only one year deep in my eyes.

I never expect a chicken to produce a duck egg, meaning.. Same Dev team, same weak product., i don't expect anything else..I don't think they spent enought time to have created dramatic improvments. Look at the Opening day patch for the check swing?? theyre rushing to get their yearly payday from us gamers . I'll wait for the PC version if there is one.

One more thing... I don't believe in patches, put the work in BEFORE you release the dam game... What if a gamer doesnt have the internet?? where's their patch??

O U C H
Did he say that or did he say this:

Frame-rate issues, wonky animations, strange physics and a generally floaty sensation when controlling your players have all been issues that have plagued the franchise over the past three years. 2K is its own worst enemy when it comes to creating MLB games, and only time will tell if MLB 2K10 can break the string of mediocrity.

This is only VC's first full year working on this series. Last year, they had a shortened cycle to clean up the mess Kush and others left them. So I think we can expect a much better game this year.

The guy from Game Informer said it felt like a whole new game.....

I don't think it'll be perfect, but I do think it will be much better than we've seen in the recent past from 2K.

And yes, there will be a PC version.

I really want someone to confirm if the ability to edit players has a cap like last year of it you can edit unlimited players. That will really add to the re-play value of the game.
