NBA 2K10 News Post

The stars will be out this weekend in Dallas for the 2010 NBA All-Star game. The lights will be bright as LeBron, Kobe and other stars take the court on the biggest basketball stage ever. But for the NBA 2K series, there is always a group of players each year who always seem to put up star numbers despite relatively low ratings. These players are a handful to deal with when playing against the CPU, and you absolutely hate to matchup against them online. So allow me to introduce you to this year’s crop of NBA 2K10 All-Stars.

Nicely done...a few missing here and there. But thats a great starting 5. No bench players?

You should see my "Is he an All Star?" Reel series

I like this starting 5...(especially the part about the "ex-Gator"...ooooh yeah lol)

as for one guy I despise who seems to always play better than his ratings, Yi....Yi Jianlian. I played the Nets with the Bobcats two nights ago, and havent played 2k10 since. I had nightmares of Yi.

I was going to say the same thing. Yi makes just about everything.

NBA 2K10 also says that an 8-seeded team will beat a 1-seeded team in a 7-game series roughly 40% of the time... I don't put much stock in their simulated stuff.

I hate Mayo's jumper on the game, too easily blocked

J.R. Smith has been like the best non superstar player on the game for like 3 years in a row now. Unstoppable.

DeRozan, as long as he's not shooting from long-range, is simply dangerous as an offensive threat. He easily put up 40 on my team in one game.

Now, if only he could do that consistently IRL...

james harden too. amazingly quick jumpshot that even the cpu can't react quick enough to stop it

For me, it is playing against Kevin Martin. He's so aggressive against me, driving in n making alot of shots from the outside too

I have Yi Jianlian starting at PF in my Spurs association and he is butter. He is surprisingly good on D too. Blocking shots, getting steals and taking up room protecting the paint but he can also float out to the perimeter and guard a little. Oh and his jumper is sweet! Not to mention a 85 potential.
