Anyways to the point at hand, I actually enjoy listening to the announcers. While I do enjoy the ambient sounds of the stadium, I like playing the game as if I was playing a game that is being broadcast on TV.
Off topic....
Hey CountryBoy, how many years of franchise did you end up playing?

breathtaking video footage.. all sports games need to take a close look at the atmosphere this game pumps out..its what is so badly needed in "all other" sports videogames. Madden took a nice step towards that but madden dev's need to really put this game on their minds when implementing atmsophere and presentation for Madden11.
Im so GLAD i bought a ps3 finally..MLB10 The Show will have a great deal of my gaming time for months to come!!!

the new broadcast camera angle reminds me of the footage of Reggie Jackson's 3 homeruns in the playoff game (i think it was 77'?)
the fielding camera angle was the almost identical to this games.

My brothers 11th birthday.
I'm a Met fan....he's a Yankee fan.
Back to back years...'76 was Chambliss' homer.....then Reggie.

I remember the Chambliss homer vividly.
I was in Astoria General Hospital where I almost died from loss of blood.(in the emergency room!....I had to watch my baseball....even at the point of dying!....they wheeled a tv in there for me once they got it me prepped for surgery...I was beggin'! )
Stupidly, I was fooling around in my house bouncing a basketball off the wall of my brothers bedroom.
It took a weird bounce....and hit a globe chandelier on the ceiling. I was reaching out to catch the ball and a huge shard of glass hit my arm....severing my artery.
Thankfully....my father had been working nights...so he was home.....tied a tourney around my arm.....grabbed my mother to drive us to the hospital(didn't wait for the ambulance) and saved my life.
The amount of blood coming out of me was insane!
(my poor mother...she nearly died of shock herself when I walked into the kitchen with that geyser shooting out of my arm!
Anyway....without further adieu....

On another note, since the stadiums were locked before it was pointed out, does that mean we're stuck with right center at Target Field being labeled 328 ft?

IMO, Commentary has never been The Shows strong suit. The game looks amazing though.
