There's something weird about 2K's graphics now (since VC took over)... there's some sort of weird "orange tint" to them that I can't quite put my finger on, it's strange in some way. I could especially tell in the demo, and I can tell in that BTP cam shot. You can tell off the jerseys that there's some weird hue going on with this game, and I don't know if it's intentional or not, but I don't like it. Sadly, I don't know if they got rid of it.

The lighting in the new shots look much better. If the same overall graphic look gets better lighting AND redone animation... the MLB2K franchise will look better than it has in three years.

Yeah mine too, but they do look a little better than years before

So, is there any reason why the stats on the scoreboard in Citi Field don't take up the whole screen? Did they do that in last years game? All of that black space looks really weird.

Screens look good and the player models look redone. I like it so far.

It makes for a pretty realistic shot IMO.
I love the umpire in this pic. I can't tell if he's admiring the towering no-doubter or if he's having a heart attack. lol

Yeah, I think something is weird about them too... But to me, the colors seem a bit faded. Mainly the grass though.

Thanks for the comparison...and your post sounds like an eye doctor....

lol...he's clearly serenading the pitcher, who won't return his affections. What you see is romance with a touch of heartache.

Couple of new screens from 2k as the 2k10 web-page has gone live on 2ksports.com

I wondered the same thing. Maybe it's the lighting/time of day, etc?

Those two screens look a bit better (IMO) than the earlier ones. Not dramatically, but I like the top one in particular.

My best guess is Lighting & Camera Angles

I think the graphics look pretty good. They look improved over mlb 2k9. I hope they look as good in game as they do here. In the second shot it looks like the batters box is getting worn down.

The player models in this game look very good. I'm basing that statement on body proportions alone.

They do have massive legs and hands though. Just the eyesore that always stuck out with me.
