Trust me - you cannot possibly miss it if you visit this board. At least two or three threads will pop up within a few minutes of any Show-related article on the web - I swear some of these guys have radar for that kind of thing.

Also, Ramone posts them right a way as well.

You could go with LEGEND hitting and ROOKIE pitching!

Such a great and overdue feature IMO. I'm always much better at pitching than hitting.

Of course, this could make creating sliders a mess. If a slider maker creates their set on legend batting and legend pitching, those might not translate very well to legend batting and rookie pitching.

Sounds very familiar. I do the same thing. LOL

The graphic overlay turns off. Didn't matter because it was useless anyway.
Sweet!

Thanks

mid to end of january. weekly updates are monday. they usually drop around 8:15-8:30AM EST. They did a good job last year. They got all but 10 guys from the 2009 season in. I kept this running thread last year in the rosters section.

Dude, no one asked for parental advice from you man. Come on now

Burn him at the stake for his blasphemy.
I like to think of it this way....
Play the $h!t out of The Show whenever you can...the kids and ball and chain will always worm their way in somehow.

I get 5 weeks vacation every year. FIVE... and I usually carry over 2, so that makes 7 weeks vacation... so I spend plenty of time with all of the family.

Am I the only one that sees the irony in the two bolded sentences?

I run my own business out of my house and my PS3 is in my office. So I just shut the office door and tell my wife I am "working" and load up the show for a couple hours!

Haha, I was just gonna say the same exact thing. In order to play 2 1/2 seasons you must have spent well over 400 hours or so. Pay more attention to your kids man, jeez!

Are we going to be able to upload our own mugshot photos of the players that will show on the scorboard/player card/lineup screen/at-bat graphic when the players switch teams in our franchise/season? I got tired of seeing Albert Pujols in a Cardinals hat when I traded him to my Braves team, and got tired of seeing just the created faces for minor leaguers/created players. I would like to see their real faces, and I know you can't officially put minor leaguers in the game unless they've appeared in a major league game before, so I am hoping we'd be able to upload our own photos of the minor league players.

Looked thru a few pages and did not see if this was answered, but when we do start a franchise, and for those of us that like to keep rosters as close to the real bigs as possible...is roster management for CPU teams, or if we choose to control all team a whole lot easier?

My biggest disappointment for the incredibleness of last years game was the roster management aspect of the franchise. The fact that all teams had to have the exact number of players, and not really being able to see what positions needed to be filled for the bigs or minors, and trades really had to be like 1 for 1 or 2 for 2 or 3 for 3... just seemed a little clunky and you had to jump thru hoops to get the rosters as you liked.

Just wondering if this has been improved upon any...or made more simplistic.
