Grey Dog Software Announces Total Extreme Wrestling 2010 (Press Release)

Phoenix, AZ November 1, 2009 - Grey Dog Software, a Phoenix based developer of sports management simulation software for personal computers is happy to announce Total Extreme Wrestling 2010 to be released first quarter 2010. TEW2010 is scheduled to be available for digital download exclusively via Grey Dog Software for US $34.95. Building on the enormous success of its predecessors, TEW2010 takes the series to new heights with a multitude of great new features and changes, including many of the most popular suggestions made by TEW fans.

Due to popular demand, beginning November 2nd Ryland will launch a much anticipated developer�s journal, depicting his game plans, strategies and hints.

Total Extreme Wrestling 2010 allows players to take on the role of a wrestling promoter, where it is up to you to try and steer your chosen company to the top of the industry, along the way dealing with prima donna superstars, wars and alliances with other wrestling companies, and the demands of TV corporations!

The Extreme Warfare series of games has been considered the premier brand of wrestling simulators for over a decade, having built up a huge fan base through word-of-mouth. Since its original release in 1995, including the award-winning "Extreme Warfare Revenge" title released in 2003, the extremely popular "Total Extreme Wrestling" release in 2004, Ryland's popular achievement in 2005, "Wrestling Spirit," and each titles subsequent episode, fans have come to expect the most accurate portrayal of the wrestling world from Adam Ryland games. Me too. I love that he's going back and grabbing some of his great ideas from the EWR series he created and implementing them in TEW.

I never really played EWR... I think I started my obsession with his wrestling stuff with TEW 05... but man, these features are awesome. Hopefully though, we get something new and ground breaking, like the Promotion Wars were.

SUPERBUMP! We've got a release date!

JANUARY 25th! It's literally only 3 weeks away.

I think I'm hyperventilating. I'm so excited! I was able to wait when it was first quarter 2010... but now that's it's THIS MONTH... I can't hold myself back from the excitement. CANNOT WAIIIIT!

I think I'm going to go ahead and run a C-Verse data dyn this year. Usually I'm with you, but I feel like I'd like a different challenge this year. Of course, I'll do what I always do, create the Virginia Pro Wrestling Association (VPWA) as the smallest type of fed and run my shows in the Blacksburg High School Gym.

I like the challenge.

Well, there's a screen that allows you to pick which storyline you want to run (either a pre-made one or an unchained one -- I'll get there). When you do a pre-made one, you pick all of the people for the roles, and then start it up. Then, you run the angles that the storyline tells you to run, until it's over. You can then evolve it into a different storyline that has different people.

The way I like to run my storylines, though, is to use unchained ones. With these, they don't have set angles for you to run, so you can do anything. The storyline progresses with every angle that has two of the people in the storyline in it together. These can also be evolved.

SvR 2010 is the beginning of the next big thing the EWO......they have been hand selected by The original NWO members hogan nash and hall.

The story goes that since the NWO members are taking over TNA they have selected 8 brand new young stars to come in and and continue the mayhem and take over the WWE.

That's perfect. I play my game as if I'm starting my own company, and I used to have to set up my show as 12 yearly shows. Now I can just have 1 monthly show. YAAAYYYY.

He also put in achievements. I'm going to be stuck at the computer playing this game. I really cannot wait. 5 days until the demo, guys.
