HB Slant out of the backfield is still going to be a problem and that's all I will say.

So they didnt fix the CPU all out blitzing almost 95% of the time, that's just great. That is one of the major issues in this game.

LB can I get your opinion on pass rush, and DB coverage since the patch as well as the run game for the CPU and human...question did the patch eliminate the QB walkup to the line of scrimmage cutscene?..

Haven't noticed a difference. I blitz a great deal anyways so I wouldn't know about basic front four pressure. Although I do rely on it at times. I haven't noticed a difference. As for the run game, I'm not seeing a big difference but I'm going to have to play alot more later today when I come back from work.

Were the career stats for Favre and Vick addressed in the patch?

# 110 CSL @ 09/24/09 12:23 PM
I saw somebody in another thread ask if Will Allen and Roy William's career stats have been added to the game but that thread was closed. Answer is yes.

Also Im still seeing RB breaking tackles almost every play like pre patch, and holding calls on every single kick the game has.

The CPU also kicks FG's as soon as they hit the line of scrimmage. Im not noticing any change in this update at all.

You sure you didnt download the XBOX system update (that was released yesterday) instead of the patch?

I put Madden 10 in on my 360 this morning, it kicked me off xbox live and said that the game had an update. I selected to update the game.

I think I'm going to wait until I am done with my current season in franchise (year 2, game 9) before downloading this. Sounds like the slider changes are pretty drastic. I dont want to be tweaking sliders/learning new techniques in the middle of a season.

# 118 Duece @ 09/24/09 12:36 PM
Do I have to restart my franchise for these settings to take effect?

3) Toe Drag Catch
really? do you see this a lot now on sideline passes?

Hmmm they also slowed down TE slants off the line both inside and outside.
