in a fundamentally perfect world, yes left handed hooks would be utilized depending on the situation...however a majority of nba players dont use the left hand when performing hook shots from 8ft from the basket. I recall Lamarcus Aldrige doing one of these a good 8-10ft from the baseline in the last trailer. Rarely, if ever would you see a guy do a turnaround left handed hook with the exception of some very skilled players..i.e. Pau Gasol.

I'm not saying remove it from the game but it seems in past 2k's and these trailers that it is a popular go-to move

I watch every Blazer game start to finish. And never have I seen him do a left handed hook from outside of 5 feet LOL. Definitely needs to get looked at or at least have the left handed hookshot from a right hander have a less % of going in. Know what I'm sayin?

Well 2K's definitely still got that flair when it comes to the details. Man, I don't even notice these things when I play the game, which makes them that much more awesome

You're exactly right. I mean last year was better than that. They at least had white headbands at home, and Pierce had his regular elbow band. Now it's all made up BS.

I wonder if someone held a gun to my head and told me to name all the Spurs players accesories, could I do it....

Not a shot at anyone or anything, but its just not something I notice for my team...

If I go watch a Blazers game on my TV, then go play a game of 2k10, I want every body on the court to be as authentic as possible. It makes things that much better in terms of immersion factor.

I agree. When I first get the game, as crazy as it sounds, I will spend most of the day looking at every player in the game getting rid of generic shoes, and changing some sig styles and all accessories to make them accurate. I'm just that obsessed. I'm like another PortlandBlazer. I can't be the ONLY one......

I think the off hand shots could really change the game play. I'd like to be able to make my opponent go to their weak hand and dare them to put up a weak shot. The way things have been in past 2k games it doesnt matter which side they go because every animation is mirrored.

I play a sim to have a sim experience. To see that it's actually been degraded from last year is inexcusable. If I was in charge of all the accessories in the game I would do a better job than whoever does it now.

Co-sign. I love that people still try to put down those commenting on accessories when at this point of the game we should be able to expect a decent level of accuracy. No one is asking 2k to put "The Truth" on Pierce's armband or update him throughout the season (both things Live does). Just a decent level of accuracy.

Other than that the trailer is great. Listening to the music though I can see that i'll definitely be streaming music from my PC while playing.

2k has always sucked at accessories.

I thought they had that right this year with HOME and AWAY. but the problem was with the alternates.. ie CAVS blue wearing home accersories

I think the producer noted in one of the other topics that Momentous was using a much older build to create his vids and as a result the accessory color combinations weren't accurate. I believe he said the final build was much more accurate.

Hopefully that's the case, but I still don't believe it will be as accurate as I imagined.

I hope they fixed the accesories this time around. But if accesories is all that's going to bug me about this game - I'll take it!
