EA Sports NBA Live 10 Was Here (Dime Magazine)

EA Sports came the Dime Magazine offices to show them where they are in the development of NBA Live 10.

	"We’ll have a lot more on the game in the coming weeks, but we can tell you this: NBA Live 10 is very, very good, and is a definitely upgrade over last year’s game. Some details that we can talk about: - The detail in the game is crazy, including kicks and tattoos. There are approximately 500 different sneakers in the game, so each player is in the actual kicks he’ll be wearing in real life (including Dwyane Wade in some Jordans. And because the game will be updated online throughout the season, when, say LeBron switches kicks mid-season or for the playoffs, his kicks in the game will switch to reflect the change. There are about 75 players who have their ink done down to the last detail (including the lips on Kenyon Martin’s neck)."

The pics on that site look really great. Did anyone peep the crowd in that one shot?? Woo! HUGE improvement over Live 09 (only played the demo). This game is shaping up to be something wonderful.

Actually, I went back and realized there are two shots with the crowd in it. I was focused on the one with KG but then realized the crowd in the shot with Lebron and Shaq.

The game looks promising so far but why oh why does the player models for the nba live series and in live 10 have to look so damn skinny??

I hope they fix all the Letter sizes on the back of jersey's. The more I look at the small Garnett letters on his back, I get annoyed. Smh... James on the back of the Cav's jersey is perfect!

They do not look skinny at all for Live 10 IMO.

Um...I guess you haven't seen the Carmelo screens and some others... Players aren't that skinny anymore in Live 10.

Looks fine to me, may not be perfect but good enough compare to last year's.

i'v seen the screens with melo and wade and IMHO wade still looks too skinny.
The garnett pic also looks too skinny but i can honestly say i can look past that if the game plays smoothly, thats all that matters to me right now.

To each his own I guess......
If they built those two up any more, they'd look like body builders. I understand where you're coming from , but most NBA players are more cut than muscular( with the exception of Shaq,Dwight Howard , Fisher, etc.)

everyones excited about nba live 10 right now... and im not gonna lie it look promising... like a Very good D-legue player that got a shot in the NBA... 2k needs mor info... but while everyone is getting excited like they did last year, wait until we get some gameplay... lets see how Great this game wil be... only time will tell

	If the gameplay is as good as the presentation then Live will officially be back. I'm a 2K fan and even I admit that Electronic Arts is improving the Live franchise. I keep telling my friends and those on Niketalk who are 2K fanboys that if 2K doesn't not continue to innovate in gameplay, presentation and overall fun factor that they are going to get left in the dust. 2K9 was terrible, I sold it after a month for Resistance 2. I never played Live 09 so I can't judge that game.
