FIFA 10 Hands-on Preview (Gamespy)

Gamespy has posted their hands-on preview of FIFA 10.

Quote:
"Some of FIFA 10's refinements are clearly meant to increase the speed and intensity of gameplay. Passing seems a little crisper than before, with through balls floating a little less than in FIFA 09. Goalkeepers are more aggressive, as are headers in and around the box -- an improvement over what Rutter lamented as "lame headers" in FIFA 09."

I assume they played the same version as everyone else:

I didn't see a mention of fould being broken in that build, but they talked about fouls.
