Well I know the issue with Madden is that the NFL doesn't want ESPN splattered all over the place when they got the NFL Network going, so I think that's where that comes from where they can't use ESPN style broadcast. Now, with NBA TV, it seems they don't have that "rival" type of relationship with ESPN, so I'm not sure how that comes into play. Perhaps even in other sports they don't want them using it. It really doesn't matter to me, I'll watch an EA Sports broadcast if it's good, I'm not sure why people get so hung up on whether it's ESPN or not. If it's good, it's good, regardless of branding.

Beluba, was there an upgrade in the post game this year??, to play sim you need good post game. Is there differentiation between different post players like Yao Ming and Dwight Howard.

The only thing missing in that video was player intros. If there are no player intros then it wont be authentic because i know i have seen player intros throughout the beginning of each game of the finals. Correct me if wrong anyone.

My question is..are we going to have the ability to get players in the air and draw a 3pt shooting foul in live 10? i really liked it in 2k but i would prefer having it in live..

For some reason though ESPN's broadcast still look better for some reason imo. NBA on NBC is the GOAT though

Why would 2k fans jump on the bandwagon because of this? I have been an EA fan for as long as I can remember, but I jumped on the 2k bandwagon. 2k9 intros are better than that (player stretches, shootaround, announcers giving pre-game, etc). So, you know 2k10 has something crazy in store. The new Live player intro was a nice add, but it's very unrealistic (like everyone is saying).

custom audio files is something I wish one of these games would allow us to do.

I remember Wallyhopp made quite a few files for basketball sounds and cheers some years back. Plus i hate the cheesy hip hop music that plays during gameplay. Its so generic and doesn't belong and IMO it doesnt belong.

i c wat u sayin but i skip the intro 4 2k bcuz its horrible....let alone the gameplay

It's not about jumping on da bandwagon. It's about choosing the better game. Two of the illest basketball games, one competition. Live has had trouble in the previous series, so people who "enjoyed" playing Live back in the glory days, they see it as a big change with a new team & direction. So it's definitely going to grab attention. 2k has had plenty of success over Live in most areas, so people aren't that hyped about because, it was just better. So Live is on the come-up to being on top again, so it's getting attention. It's not about jumping on the bandwagon. I could like playing both if I want to. And if you read the previous messages, it's only a green-screen intro effect for the Finals/Playoffs.
