*Sigh* I hope CAS didnt take that much time. Time they could have used to add/fix stuff that matters... PRESENTATION, gameplay etc... I mean even if we get CAS you get a choice of some pretty lame logos, and 5 generic stadiums to choose from. I personally hate it..Why is it so great?

It really isnt "great" but seeing it finally implemented on next gen is good news to me. I cant remember the word that was used but it was basically saying that this year's CAS will be diff than last gen's

How can you say that when EA hasn't even said whats in it yet? Although someone did say it was going to be more expansive and in depth than last gens if it is in (before these pics were found). It adds so much re-playability to the game in my opinion.

Me and all of my washed up/ injury ridden friends that lost schollies either because of grades, trouble, or like me...jus gave it up after too many injuries

Illinois State u. we just missed the Ncaa B-Ball tourney buy a missed 3 in overtime- football well we won 4 games last year. but a couple years ago we missed a 2pt conversion to beat Kansas state jayhawks in ot. we have like 7 guys in the NFL now and one that has been a starting qb for the blue bombers forever. oh yeah doug collins went there too

nobody wants this feature more than me, but i still think we need some dev feedback to confirm it. I have seen the box at EB and the only thing that worries me is that it was a generic box for all platforms and not specific to 360/PS3

Aaaaaaaaaaand here we go with what will no doubt be the start of a barrage of posts about EA wasting time on CAS instead of focusing on gameplay. Although I am amused that you've already managed to bash on the shortcomings despite it not even being officially announced, let alone previewed.

I'll offer you some advice though. If CAS is such a waste of time in your opinion, than do what so many of us who wanted the feature have been doing; don't buy the game. Otherwise let everyone else enjoy something they've wanted for years.

"Risk-Reward System" I think if yourisk everything on one play like 4th and goal on the 3-yard line an you don't take the tie YOU RISK IT ALL! I think its like that maybe!? but if they do Create A Team Ncaa probly is gonna become VERY CUSTOMIZABLE!!! I think but hey

Sme as i was thinking....Say it's 4 and 5 in 4th qtr....u have to go for it to win or if not u lose. So you get rewarded for risking it all...i'm sure there will be some kind of gamer points for doing it so many times or what not...like risking it all to win over a rival or to win a bowl game...say such

I was never in need of CAS, but it's a cool feature nonetheless. But, that being said -- why is it such a big deal to so many of you?

Technically speaking if the CAS sticks to the popular molds of the past -- you have to swap your created team with a real team and can't just add them (this is because of their complex scheduling system which has been talked about in the forums and blogs I've seen).

Curiosity...

it's a big deal because some of us can't play with our favorite teams/alma maters. wouldn't you be annoyed if you weren't allowed to play as your favorite team?

I wish you didn't have to swap them out, but really there are so many teams i dont care about cough sun belt cough that it's not a huge deal for me.
