I am pretty sure Cops and Robbers is a new game mode, too.

Comes out April 30th!

It's out, as well as 1.8 patch.

Has new achievements as well, 90 points worth.

The mode is 800 points/$10.

I played this mode the other night for an hour or so. It's a lot of fun, but not worth $10 since it is online only. You do get offline cop car versions of lots of the stock cars on the game, so that's kinda neat.
