Bloomberg has the details. Who do you want to see on the cover?

Quote:
"Peter Moore, president of video game-maker EA Sports, said discussions are taking place within his company that could have the front cover of its biggest-selling ``Madden NFL'' football game sold to the highest bidder, with all proceeds going to the United Way, the NFL's charity partner."

As long as none of the Ravens are on it I'm fine LOL.

doesn't EA pay players to be on the cover? may be a way to get out of that expense, which is fine with me because the money is better spent else where... i could care less who's on the cover, hopefully EA uses the surplus to add to the dev team!

LOL, I hope they end up with a punter or some scrub.

Dear EA,

Please put Al Davis on the cover for the sake of us Raider fans. I know thats mean to wish something ill on Davis, but damn, he's lived a full life, and I wanna see my Raiders become winners again.

If not Al, I think it should be Ian and Phil lined up facing each other in the 3 point stance.

Ethan Albright should do it.

And add Mike Brown to the cover too. He won't do a damn thing to improve the Bengals in any way.

It is a shame fellow member of the Raider Nation, but sadly, I feel the same way.

So if it's an auction, technically, anyone could win it.

Scratch Clinton Portis

I'm going with Peter Moore.

# 19 asu666 @ 10/29/08 07:21 PM
Only NFL players could participate in the auction and the proceeds go to the United Way. It's not the worst idea EA has ever come up with, but I'm not sure I want some scrub on the cover of Madden. I guess it could be considered appropriate though if EA doesn't get on the ball with improvemets for next year's version.

well i think u should look at who had a great season then go from there i mean u can't keep the RB or QBs you know i think a O-line should b on the cover like jake long he came in and was a pro bowler thats wut people should be looking at am i right or wrong?
