1up has posted their preview of Midnight Club: LA Remix.

All of Los Angeles is still there, and you're free to explore it, but the PSP version does tweak individual streets and landmarks a bit (whether by reduction or removal) to ensure that the city doesn't make your PSP explode from all of the thinking."
