Gamespot and Videogamer has posted the following Skate 2 updates:
- IGN: Skate 2 Updated Hands-On (360)
Quote: "Visually, Black Box wants to complement your new abilities with improved bail animations. If you mess up on a grind and you're not going too fast, you'll simply run out of the grind instead of falling to the ground in a limp, lifeless mess. Occasionally, you'll see your skater attempt to brace for impact if he can get his hands out in time. And if you sense a move going awry while airborne, you can simply kick the board away before you land." - IGN: Skate 2 Screenshots (PS3)
- IGN: Skate 2 Gameplay Movies and Official Trailer (360)
- Videogamer: Skate 2 Hands-on Preview (360)
Quote: "The problem now faced by EA Black Box is that they've got to follow their own success. Rather than making any massive changes, it seems that the developer has instead taken the sensible route of subtle refinement. It's not quite a case of if-it-ain't-broke-don't-fix-it, but the differences that we'll see in the final game are intended to build upon what came before, rather than starting something anew."
