I still don't understand how Live looks better. Live looks cleaner, but the graphic atmosphere and overall detail is unmatched. It looked like the rim bent to me.

Im pretty sure the rims bent in 2k8 and everything...Not sure what the problem is...
The rims didn't bend in 2K8 but if you did a dunk where the player would hang on the rim then the backboard would be pulled down slightly.

Nice video, still waiting to see or hear anything that would make even begin to think about purchasing Live over this.

I have never bought a Live game before only hired them out (I have bought 2k7 and 2k8 though). But seeing as though Live looks good and that I'm satisfied with 2k8 as it is, I thought I might try something new. I'm sorry I'm not a dedicated fanboy, I just want the best game possible.

Most impressive detail to me was Iggy's flexed calf when he got up for the oop..never seen that before...and to touch on the live 2k graphics thing...dudes have to realize, the 2 franchises approach the market in a different way..live wants to make money (EA machine) so they market more arcadey pick up and play games and its evident with their clean lighted models...2k are like common (the artist) in the past 5 years - commercial, but still want to bring that realness, so in essence LIVE looks like a video game, 2K looks like a basketball game..both intended to be that way.
Just wow...
I've got to say that i'm impressed with the detail in Iggy's body, but Brand looks funny as hell.
Don't like Jermaine no looking the ball, too.

funny thing is... if u grabbed a rebound from that same spot in 2k8 they would call it goaltending.... lmoa! looks great to see Iggy goin into a "normal" alley sequence and taking off like a human and finishing with a "realistic" dunk

seems to me like this video is showing off: moon, and improved passing(alley-oop?)/stealing(blocking?) mechanics?
