Shawn Drotar over at 5W-G has posted a article called FIFA Soccer 09 Global Community Event Recap and Discussion.

"Paul Hossack, the PC version’s producer, took the floor first to show off what appeared to be a significantly improved version of FIFA 09 for that platform. Hossack noted that the team’s primary intent was to make a game that took advantage of its own platform as opposed to simply rehashing a console version."
