Still fiddling around with the new capture card and grabbed this clip from NCAA Football 09. Again, it features AI vs. AI, on default Heisman. The quality should be better this time and we have the same clip on OS and Vimeo, play w/ the HD version if you can, just tell us what you think.

Its funny how the "SOONERS" was so big last year..oh and the same thing that happened to Auston English occurs with LT #79 Phil Loadholt except the other way around, oh and a freshman kicker making that long of a field goal..hmm..idk about that. Other than that, looks promising.

Texas wore black shoes last year, check.

No, Ben, all you need to do is listen to the first snap for either team. When Texas has the ball, you hear the crowd roaring. When OU gets the ball (on like the 2nd play), it's SILENT. It's pretty obvious that it's still a partisan crowd.

EA hates OU..lol just kiddin'.

don't judge the graphics (i.e. rain) on a web-streamed flash video. kinda pointless.

just sayin.

OH, and i hate they messed up the SOONERS lettering on the front as the previous poster said. they had it just right in 08, now they mess it up again? don't get it.

4) Oklahoma is moving the ball and scores an field goal = ADVANTAGE Oklahoma

Texas possessions:
1) INT Turnover
2) Turnover on Downs

Now if Texas does this in a REAL football game, you will not hear much from the their side because they were getting outplayed in that 1st Quarter. What, you have a gripe because they didn't go buck nuts after a 20 yard reception???

Analyze the video for the gameplay instead of looking for something to complain about.
Like somebody who said they could not see the raindrops during gameplay??? I saw drops of rain during gameplay anybody else??

Geeesh....

For ultimate realism...It doesn't matter which team is doing what in the first quarter, the place is going nuts through most of the first two or so drives. So in all reality, a 20 yard reception should've garnered a huge crowd reaction. Buuuut...the crowds just aren't where they need to be just yet, but it is getting better every year.

Kicking/punting, same to me... it's the same speciality. It seemed like he was talking about some kickers being WRs or something.

i know it was a joke.

most kickers in college(at least FBS) only kick/punt. same for NFL. there may be a few exceptions, but its a very low %.

But the thing that threw me was that he said half do more than just that.

I was almost positive that coaches wouldn't send out their kickers as anything but kickers, due to one leg injury pretty much ending that whole shebang (see idiot Chris Hanson when he was with the Jaguars).
