EA said that we will probably get a patch, but don't expect it before release. They said they get one free one so they will wait a bit to make sure something ugly doesn't pop up.

I have inquired a lot about this as it is very important to me as well. Everything I have heard is that if there will be a patch at all it will not come until very late like last year. Last year it was released in December. This is because they only get to do 1 free patch (after that I guess its very expensive) and they will want to wait and get all the big bugs after the release. Then thy have to code and test everything which takes a couple of months. Then after its all done and ready to be put on Live it takes another 2 months to go through Microsoft for certification. Its all very frustrating IMO.

Well with the demo being on varisty I don't think we are going to be able to tell about the pass rush. Might have to wait until the game is release and play on higher levels.

You can download it on Xbox live or the PS3 network. It is usually only two team...and can only play a short game.

Has anyone at EA said whether the demo is the final game code? Last year it was not so I am curious if it is this year.

I hope so... who knows though. If the demo was sent in a few weeks ago, I doubt it's final build, but probably close to it.

..but good news on the demo since I threatened a xbox live tech support agent to help me fix my net problem..and they listened well.
