Tuesday Morning Other Stuff (5-27-08)

The Pistons evened up the series last night and I'm thinking the Spurs do the same tonight against the Lakers. It's shaping up for Game 7's in both series.

Rode around on the Gixxer quite a bit over the weekend, just waiting around for some parts I have on order. Can't wait to put on the fender eliminator, smoked windshield and Pazzo levers, all should be in this week.

QOTD: Weekend was pretty good. Lots of work got done, some wedding stuff, some gaming, saw Indiana Jones

I love Rock Band, but there is no way I'm dropped $100 for a light show for it. LOL

QOTD: Awesome weekend!! Picked up GTA IV on Friday and put in a bunch of time on it. All the reviews were right. It's an amazingly deep game (and a lot of fun). Got all of my yard work done thanks to the beautiful weather. Went to see Filter at the House of Blues on Saturday. Good show, except they only played 2 songs from the new album (which I really like). Went to a friend's BBQ on Sunday. Took a bike ride yesterday, though I need to get a new seat. I can only stand about 1/2 hour before my butt is sore. I had been looking forward to that weekend for a while and it didn't disappoint.

QOTD: Great weather here. Celebrated my Dad's 83rd birthday on Saturday. Sunday we visited my sister-in-law who was camping with her family on the beach. Monday got some yard work done and bought a new grill.

QOTD: UFC fight was fun Saturday night, Wings are 2-0 in the Stanley Cup Finals, Indy 500 was cool to watch, Indiana Jones was a really fun movie...just a good relaxing weekend overall.

Memorial Day weekend was great, lots of good food, friends, and family.

The fun comes to a screeching halt today as I have a root canal scheduled in about an hour.

Hah!

I knew the Los Locos would be on that least intimidating gangs list. I loved that little bit in Short Circuit 2.

QOTD: Hm well i'm not American but I respect those who fought to preserve freedom and who gave their lives to a noble cause. No war is ever a good war but most of the wars in America's history have been "Just Wars".

I did watch some war movies and i'm doing other things to keep me busy which i'll keep to myself.
