Fight Night Round 4 In Production

IGN has the scoop about Fight Night Round 4 being in the works.

EA plans on returning to the ring with this fourth entry in the boxing franchise, now with a new developer in the corner to once again put Fight Night in championship contention.

A career mode sounds so simple but no one seems to be willing to take it on properly. It sounds so simple to have rankings and make folks move up and down them.

Its a sad day when a handheld has these features and the top next gen systems cant do it.

Its incredibly sad. Its also sad that VB2 had the career mode perfect 6 years ago for the PS2. They had every division with hundreds if not thousands of boxers in each division. I don't know what it is, but alot of the games on the 360 & PS3 are lacking the depth of games on the PS2 and handhelds. Its a shame, but even Madden on the DS plays a better football game than on the 360.

I just don't get it, certainly 2k sports would have been reading all the complaints about fight night's career mode, lack of rankings, etc and then they turn around and come out with a fancy version of Punch Out. Sad indeed.
