Week 4 got simmed, because I have a life and my opponent was in Australia and lost power due to the flooding (google it). It was simmed as I was playing so all those Aaron Scott and Jimmy Clausen yards go down the tube. I won 21-12 I believe.

Week 5 and the undefeated Lions. I started with the ball, drove and then punted. Allowed a drive by the Lions but caught a break when Stafford threw a pick deep in my zone. Another drive by me, this one ends with a field goal as the 1st quarter expires. Lions get the ball, a fumble by Jahvid Best after a 9 yard gain is recovered by the Panthers. Alas just a field goal can be gained and I already know that 6 points after those two turnover will end up killing me. Lions get the ball back and score a TD on a Best 20 yard run. I can't do anything and give the ball back with a punt. Then the scoring bonanza begins. Aaron Brown catches a 9 yard TD off a deflection, Clausen gets hit as he's about to throw and throws a pick, Suh returns it for a touchdown. I then go 3 and out and Aaron Brown is left uncovered for some reason and sores a 32 yard touchdown. Then Aaron Scott catches a 40 yard Hail Mary as the second half expires. 4 touchdowns in the last 1:46 of the 1st half and it's 28-13 Lions at halftime.

I get a pick in the Lions half of the field but Clausen gets sacked and fumbles, returned for a touchdown. 34 seconds into the 2nd half and the game is over. Awesome. McCluster and Calvin Johnson score TD's and then when the Lions are trying to run out the clock Jahvid Best scored on an 87 yard run. Final Score Lions 49 - Panthers 20.

Just a terrible game by me, forcing the ball constantly and his interior D-Lineman causing havoc on Clausen all game. Even without his 2 defensive scores he wins 35-20. Ugh, a terrible performance that has me rethinking everything about Madden.
