You don't have to pay. At the bottom should be an option that says manage attachments.

Copy it from PS3 onto a flash drive and upload it from there into the roster section.

i have it working on offline ccm right now

fully updated from the madden 25 roster in dec last year took along time but figured it was worthit to get it to work on ccm and sure enough it did

There is no way to get it to work in ccm. My advice is to just wait until M15 comes out and use that roster to convert to M13. I think the issue has to do with too many rookies were created for any of the current rosters that we have to work. Sorry for the bad news, but I hope this helps.
