5/4/13-Heat open early lead, use late run to blow out Pacers in Game 1
MIAMI-After opening a 12-point lead at halftime, the Miami Heat used a 32-18 fourth quarter advantage to roll to a 106-80 win over the Indiana Pacers in Game 1.
Ray Allen nearly had a triple-double in the win, leading the Heat with 21 points, seven rebounds and seven assists. LeBron James also had 21 points and six rebounds for Miami.
Dwyane Wade also scored 20 points for the Heat. Chris Bosh nearly had a double-double, finishing with 16 points and nine rebounds.
David West led the Pacers with 19 points and eight rebounds in the loss. Behind him, Roy Hibbert had 18 points and five rebounds.
Two other starters scored in double figures for the Pacers. Danny Granger scored 17 points and collected seven rebounds, while Paul George scored 10 points and tallied five rebounds.
George Hill had 10 assists for the Pacers, but just one point. Hill missed all six shots he took from the field in the game.
