ATLANTA-Jeff Teague tried his hardest, but he couldn't top Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks.

Teague scored 28 points for Atlanta, but Anthony and the Knicks got the best of the Hawks, pulling away in overtime after a back-and-forth game to win 109-104 to take a commanding 3-0 series lead.

Anthony led the Knicks with 25 points, nine rebounds, and five assists, scoring seven of his 25 points in overtime. Behind Anthony, J.R. Smith was second on the team with 19 points and six rebounds.

Astonishingly, three Hawks starters finished the game with double-doubles despite the team taking the loss. Louis Williams had 22 points and 10 assists; Al Horford 21 points and 10 rebounds; and Josh Smith 14 points and 10 rebounds.

All five of New York's starters finished in double figures. Jason Kidd tallied 13 points, seven assists, and six rebounds, while Amar'e Stoudemire and Raymond Felton each scored 12 points. James White also scored 11 points off the bench for the Knicks.
