Gomel v. LFC

It didn't seem like LFC deserved all three points yesterday. I'm not sure who had more possession, but Gomel definitely looked like they did more with it, especially in the first half. The backline looked in shambles. It didn't seem like Brad Jones and Carragher and Skrtel were communicating at at all. Passing was mediocre, movement off the ball was minimal, no one provided the square ball. A lot of players, especially our wide players, tried to dribble out of trouble. LFC in Boston

Over the past two weeks, Liverpool Football Club have called Boston their home, training at Harvard for their US tour. The first or second day they were here, on a Tuesday two weeks ago, I knew they were training at Harvard but I did not know when, or if the sessions were open to the public. I work full time, so I wasn't holding out for anything, but I was checking twitter and saw a Raheem Sterling tweet around noon 'just finished the first training session, another one in 4 hours'.
