Pre-Season Preparation.

First of all, I had to take a look at the staff of my new team.
The Assistant Coach, NBA Scout, Prospect Scout and Trainer were all painfully bad. I was definitely keeping Monty Williams despite his sub-par ratings.
I replaced the Assistant Coach with David Terry. Terry has a 'C' in Offense, an 'A' in Defense, an 'A' in Teacher and an 'A' in Potential.
I decided to keep the current NBA Scout, Rick Best, because I really don't have a need for him anyway, so why would I waste money upgrading him?
I fired the lone Prospect Scout, who was a 'D' level Scout with 'C 'potential. I hired the 3 best scouts I could. Gabriel Fisher, Phil McDaniel and Brett Hutchinson all have ratings of 'A' with 'A' potential so it was hard to go past them.
I fired the Trainer and hired Mitch Barlow who was also an 'A' level Trainer with 'A' potential.
