What We Can Learn From NFL2k5 And APF2k8:Part 8:APF2k8

The 8th and final installment in this 8 part series will follow coming to terms of what is in the past and the present to the future with both games now done.

What Can We learn?

Coming to actualization..

Both games were good. NFL 2k5 to this day with all the things explained and covered even to this day rivals against next gen because of so much packaged in one disk over half a decade now. While the license has come and gone and the dust has settled we still have in some anger and bitterness. But as consumers, as gamers we have to come to what i call..the ultimate actualization.

It has been 5 years since NFL 2k5 and it has been 2 years since APF 2k8 we as consumers must come to the simple fact that these games have come and gone. They will not come again and to expect other companies such as EA to emulate them is nearly impossible. While some search the four corners of the earth to look for NFL 2k5 while I loved these games to take them for what they were and are is better than longing for something that will not come again anytime soon.

Shakespeare once wrote in hamlet"to thy own be true" and to understand that if you know that these games are what they are you will be better off moving on in life and realizing that sometimes things will become better when realizing what around you will never reached that expectation again. mainly because like mentioned in the past blogs..Greatness comes once in a life time and sometimes your better will never match your best. And thats ok with me.

What can we learn?
-Time to move on it is what it is and because of that to accept it makes life better.
-These two games were good in their own way no more or less walking away from this knowing that is better.

What did we miss?
- 5 years have passed..life goes on staying bitter about a game blocks you from seeing what is around you and sets expectations high.
-attract bees with honey..while madden is not what you expect or like..why not instead settle your differences and bring to the table as a consumer( like I did) and try to help give ideas that makes it better or close to what you expected.

At the end of the day these are just games but hopefully walking away from these two games and this 8 part series teaches and leaves a lasting imprint on what you hopefully got out of these games.
