Is online play directed towards the "Madden Nation" types ?

Over the time of finding xbox live, I had the excitement of putting a sports game in the console and playing the way I see the way its done on TV. However over the past years, Online play including the travesty of the players I had to put up with online in madden 09 has made me just simply retire from online sports games until things are clearly explained to me as a consumer.

Upon many fustrations I have had trying to play sim online I constantly loss were not because of progression. On the contrary needed playing honest online has no place in madden. From madden 07 to now is pretty much the wild west of online gaming. people do whatever they wish, say whatever they wish and yet the sim constantly withers away. But ironically as the game strives to be more realistic its the rules and the contest allowed online that seems to become more and more cheesy and unlawful.

With this in mind this brought up in me the question asking Has online become designated towards the non-sim type? or the (what I call the "Madden Nation trend". I noticed it all adds up now. The 5 min qtrs set gives no time for sim play, using different defenses which is done in real life does not work here. instead, it has become a online world where Glitches and constantly 4 down attempts that would crush me has prevailed. Constantly being caught on the wrong side with special team plays(when they are supposed to be played) is never followed on the other side. Many of times It has tempted some(including me) to fall to the dark side of cheesing or finding "money plays" to win. instead just taking the high road and then lose.

It feels as if its made to simply push out the sim or the right way out only to be fast and break the rules of the very game. I feel it simply produces and sponsors the flash and loud mouth trash talking type now. These types of people would crush me..and go on to win the game but as it goes somethings grant no justice.

All these things to me factor in being indicative of the very un-sim nature that has become prevalent in the way madden is played and carried out. And seems that glitching and not playing football the way it is supposed to be played to be glorified not by the creators but by the madden nation hype and following that online has aided to.Subsequently, with the New tournament that ends the 28th of December has the effects of the Madden Nation trend. no rules support or condone sim or fair play as it use to a long time ago. Infact the very opposite now because people like me suffer not finding a decent match or decent time to at least establish my game motives.

Consequently, I have had my fair share of online stories. I feel that because of the Madden Nation trend of "money plays" glitches found on sites such as YouTube has pretty much come to this. To include, the lack of up****** online to penalize people of this nature has lacked and not really be changed and from what I feel won't be done in madden 2010 either. However, I feel the need to address the case because it has led me to put my controller down and just play franchise or superstar.

Cheesing, the flashing cameras of the Madden Nation lifestyle has become I feel the new standard of online play. with No fair play or a organized system that helps the sim or the right way of playing I feel there is no space for me in that online world.Until that changes this will be an online I will have nothing to do with anymore.
