For a little background, I played NCAA 10 most days from July 21st until August 14 (when Madden 10 came out). I then didn't touch NCAA until yesterday. I was pretty much just playing it to see how DK's rosters were going. I then played a game with UNC, ran the ball up the middle, and it happened...
I realized that quick-juke may be the best gameplay (re-)addition of the year. It really makes a HUGE difference in Madden 10. It makes hitting the hole so much better and realistic. Instead of making a same speed run and rounding through holes, you can explode through the hole.
In the five minutes or so I played of my first NCAA game in a while, I would hit juke near the hole, and watched Shaun Draughn make a huge, slow juke. Disappointed, I realized that quick-juke doesn't exist in NCAA. I then tried running how I used to (seems crazy now) and it wasn't nearly as enjoyable. I felt like I had so much less control.
In my opinion, quick-jukes are the biggest addition to this game (I know they were in last-gen Maddens). Obviously pro-tak is a huge feature, and of course it makes the game more realistic, but I don't have fun getting gang tackled or making a gang tackle.
P.S. I am not viewing line interactions in pro-tak as a new feature. This is because line play has been present in the game for over a decade.
