College Football Rankings - Week 4

It was an interesting week in college football and the national polls had a fair amount of fluctuation. My poll, on the other hand, stayed pretty much in tact. I had a few teams that had a big jump or a significant drop off but the meat and potatoes of the rankings stayed in tact.
