Broncos lose out to Cardinals

Phoenix, AZ -- The Broncos lost their final pre-season game tonight 7-31 at the hands of the Arizona Cardinals.

The Broncos starters had the night off, and it showed as the defense had big trouble stopping Arizona.

Denvers only points came late in the second quarter, when Tim Tebow found Matthew Willis in the endzone for a seven yard score.

Arizona on the other hand scored constistenly throughout the night.

With the loss, the Broncos end the pre-season with a 2-1-1 record after beating the Cowboys and Seahawks and tying with the Bills.

Riley, Walker waived, Waters signs

Englewood, CO -- Broncos continue to trim the roster before the final pre-season game against Arizona Cardinals tomorrow.

The team today waived WR Eron Riley along with rookie quarterback Jacob Walker.

Riley saw very limited playing time in the first three pre-season games and were deemed expendable due to the Broncos relatively large recieving corps.

Undrafted rookie free agent, quarterback Jacob Walker never hit the field in his time as a Denver Bronco.

To compensate for the loss of Chris Kuper to injury the team also signed OG Brian Waters to a one-year contract. Waters will start on the line, and there will be some rotation to determine where exactly.

Notes: The Broncos also took a look at Terrelle Pryor whom the Raiders cut shortly after week three of the pre-season. Pryor wasn't able to convice the coaching staff however, that he should have a contract with the team.

Broncos edge Seahawks

Denver, CO -- Brady Quinn made a good case for himself against the Seattle Seahawks to be the no. 2 quarterback for the Denver Broncos when the regular season starts.

Quinn was 11 for 14 for 160 yards and two touchdowns in the Broncos' 18-19 victory.

With the victory the Broncos continue to play good in pre-season and the fans will sure have their hopes up, when the regular season starts against division rivals Oakland Raiders on Monday Night Football in Denver september 12.

Notes: OG Chris Kuper left the game in the second quarter. Early reports suggest Kuper has sufferede a herniated disk which would keep him out for around 11 weeks.

Arlington, TX -- The Denver Broncos played their first pre season game tonight, and beat the Dalls Cowboys 19 to 7.

Running back Lance Ball had a great night for his team running the ball 17 times for a total of 147 yards and a touchdown, thus keeping the home team offense off the field.

This is my Dynasty Blog from Madden 12. I'm using my team, the Broncos and I will be looking to build up a strong dynasty build on a strong defense with Tim Tebow as my quarterback.

Using sliders by Trinity - You can find them HERE.

And that's basically it, I guess.
