Bowling Green looks to finally get a win, but it's not going to be easy as they travel to a tough place to play, Ames, IA, to face the Iowa State Cyclones. The Cyclones look to get their first win against a FBS team, as they beat FCS NW in Week 1 and then lost to cross-sate rival Iowa in Week 2

Players to watch:
QB JJ Kohl. - The former 4 star recruit from Ankeny, IA is one of the more talented Big 12 QBs. Had a solid 2025 season, throwing for over 3500 yards, 30 TDs and 11 ints. His 2026 season is off to a great start with 9 TDs and 0 Ints through two games.

TE Benjamin Brahmer - Missed most of 2025 with an injury, but had 44 catches in 2024 and i probably the most talented pass catcher on the team.

CB Jontez Williams - Has 10 career interceptions.
