LIONS IMPROVE TO 4-0 WITH 34-28 VICTORY IN CHICAGO
Lions 34 Bears 28 BOX SCORE
The Lions ran their season opening winning streak to 4 games Sunday, as they beat the Chicago Bears 34-28 at Soldier Field. Jared Goff threw for 347 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and Jamaal Williams rushed for a pair of scores in the win. Tyrell Williams had 131 yards receiving and a score.
Justin Fields threw for 272 yards and 4 touchdowns for the Bears in the loss. The Bears had a chance to come back late in the game, but Fields was sacked twice, turning the ball over on downs. The Bears fell to 1-3 with the loss.
The Lions will head to Minnesota next week, to face the struggling Vikings. Minnesota is 0-4 on the young season, having lost to the Bengals, Cardinals, Seahawks, and Browns. The Lions lead the NFC North by two full games over the Packers.
