This week on April 18th EA Sports will release the 2nd playbook for NCAA Football 14 covering the improvements to �Presentation�

I wanted to focus on this and try to explain my hopes/dreams/and expectations for NCAA14.

1. "NCAA Football 14 gets you closer to the action than ever before and tells the story of every game.": This is a hard one for me because I am still confused on what EA is trying to accomplish with the direction they want to take this game. Does EA want to create a replication of what it is like playing on the field, recreate the atmosphere of watching from the stadium, or replicate watching it from your big *** TV at home? Last year I think they tried 2 hard to accomplish all 3 and in turn created subpar versions of all 3.
Lets go over some examples of what I think could help the game.

Introductions � I think that the NCAA team could do a better job of picking who to highlight in game introductions. To many times I have played SEC games with a Heisman Trophy Finalist on each side of the ball and they choose to highlight a DE with 10 tackles in week 10? While nobody is talking about the 2 Heisman QB�s that will face each other in this game! Also I hate to bring up the past but there are some good examples in NCAA Football 2k3 check out this game intro:

25:32 QB Intro with synopsis, Stats and Award won.

It dont think EA would have to go overboard with commentators but a nice stat overlay would be nice. It could include:

Class Year
Year Stats
Hometown
AA Status if on AA team
Recruiting info ( ie 5 star, #1 QB in 2015 recruiting Class)
Award finalist if in the season
Award winner for bowl games
etc...etc..
