I managed to get you BLUS file resigned as BLES for my console here in Ireland so well pleased with it. One question, whats happened the player overall all rankings, especially the goalies, they seem very low....? Although I fairness I haven't set up my new franchise yet so maybe they play really well.
In terms of the player ratings, that only ones that I adjusted were the players I created.
As for the goalies, they are rated so low, because they are edited using shogun's goalie edits. Check out his thread on goalie edits for more details.
