Introduction

I've always wanted to do a dynasty blog and I've decided to start it with a new association on NBA 2k11, focusing on the Magic. As a casual fan of basketball, I hope to learn more about the league and teams in it.

The Association will be played on custom sliders and settings, notably only a 29 game season instead of 82, which allows me to play more games, the playoffs, however are still the same seven game series and the rest of the rules are left unchanged.

I'll be using my friend's (Deadeye181) sliders, I believe he got them from the OS forums but I'm not all that sure which ones he used.

Now, on to the actual association!

Preview

At first glance, the Magic are ready to win now with players such as Arenas and Turkoglu, but due to this, have some big salary cap problems, which is going to make retaining Dwight Howard later on in the association a problem. This is not the way I want to build a franchise and I look to move some of these older players in hopes of being able to keep and build around one of the league's premier big men Dwight Howard.
